Football star Jesse Lingard’s watch was reportedly stolen from West Ham’s dressing room during a game.
The theft is said to have occurred as the midfielder played in the club’s Premier League defeat to Everton at the London Stadium on May 9.
Police confirmed they were investigating a burglary at the stadium following reports that a watch had been stolen from a changing room.
Lingard has a collection of high-end watches, some thought to be worth six figures, according to The Sun.
A source told the newspaper: “Jesse was devastated, but nobody can believe it.
“It’s completely unheard of for something to be stolen from inside the players’ dressing rooms during a game.”

It’s all relative, Six figures is very significant to us regular people. But if it’s a week or twos wages then it’s not such a big deal. If you won 5 mill on the lottery you’d buy yourself a serious watch, a top motor, huge house, or whatever floats your boat.
Good luck to him enjoying his money. He pays his taxes and can spend it on whatever he likes
I’m a watch freak, I collect them and can understand the obsession.
What’s a lot of money to us, isn’t so much to him.
